We stock aggregates suitable for exposing after laying. 10mm, 14mm and 19mm stone chip are suitable for exposing by your concrete contractor. Seek our advice for suitability in your project.

An exposed aggregate finish is the name given to concrete where the top layer of cement has been removed to reveal the aggregate, resulting in an attractive, low-maintenance and slip resistant surface. It can be either polished or left in it’s natural state.

Aggregates in any particular mix of concrete are selected for their durability, strength, workability and ability to receive finishes. Below are some samples of the finished product. 

Combining exposed aggregate with an integral colour brings out the best in both to create an exceptional finish. A sealer can be applied. This will help the aggregate and colour to maintain it’s ‘new look’.
